With a glorious history of being the best in the industry as manufacturers of Masterbatches, flexible packaging, and industrial packaging solutions, we have now streamlined into the BOPP masterbatch production. A streamlined and innovation backed, the production process has two production lines, each dedicated towards the manufacturing of Mineral Masterbatches and Additives. Our new manufacturing facility is all set to cement our promise of delivering specialized and high performing products.

Shrinath Cartons – Started as a backward integration to meet the need of cartons for Shrinath Rotopack, thus strengthening our control over supply chain.
2013
Tirupati Paper Core – One of the top manufacturers of high strength paper tubes which find application in packaging, textile, industrial usage etc.
2011
Sri Krishna Industries – Our contribution to circular economy through recycling industrial as well as consumer waste. We collect, process & sell plastic waste.
Ocean Healthcare – A contract manufacturing unit based in Chennai where we produce basic capsules & tablets for OTC medicines.
2009
Shrinath Flexipack – India’s leader in Strech film manufacturing with a capacity of 15000MTPA+. They have established themselves as the best in this industry.
2005
Shree Ultra Inks – Started as a backward integration to meet the need of Printing Inks of Shrinath Rotopack, today it has established itself in all major packaging applications.
1999
Blend Colours – Manufacturers of masterbatches for 2 Decades. Blend Colours has grown to become a top exporter of all types of MBs. They have 3 units with 44000MTPA+ capacity.
2001
Shrinath Rotopack – One of India’s top manufacturers of Flexible Packaging material with a capacity of 45000MTPA+. It boasts clients such as ITC, HUL, P&G, Nestle & many more.
1995
Medimomics Healthcare – Leveraging our experience in trading & dealership, we ventured into a new vertical of Pharma business.
1991
Madhushree Finance – Cheque discounting work had started under Hyderabad Agencies.
This business was transferred to this firm for better management & growth.
This was the introduction of 2nd generation into family businesses.
1985
Biscuit factory was started as a 3rd venture into food processing.
It was very well recognised across the state as Rathi Biscuits.
1980
Hyderabad Agencies – a dealership of Swastik brand soaps (Shikakai).
1978
Single Flour & Food Products started as a flour mill in addition to our food processing unit.
1974
SPP Poly Pack was born – an expansion of Hind Plastics. Currently involved in industrial packing solutions with yearly capacity of 10,000MT.
1972
Hind Food Industries was our foray into food processing industry. A Bengal Gram (Futana Dal) factory was started by our 1st Generation Family members.
1967
Hind Plastics was our entry into the field of Plastics. We started by manufacturing Plastic Films. It started with a capacity of 2.5MT/month.
1948
Sri Gopal Trading started by Shri Goverdhandasji Rathi. The company was & is still actively dealing in trading of Sugar.
They are the strength and the mastermind behind our perfection.

Managing DirectorLeading Blend Colours since three decades, he is the pioneer behind Blend Additives and Compounds. Having completed his graduation in the year 1991, Sharad has been rendering his expertise to the plastic industry and helping create products that are class apart.
Sumit Rathi
Executive DirectorOn a constant endeavor to outperform himself, Sumit Rathi gives operations and business process a new dimension within Blend Additives and Compounds. Having honed a Masters in Polymer Science from USA, Stevens Institute of Technology, he has the foresight of bringing in innovative technology that enables seamless product developments to unfold.
Shubham Rathi
Executive DirectorA strong engineering background and an even denser aptitude for constant learning and exploration defines Shubham. A Chemical Engineer from VIT, Vellore, he has an exemplary eye for Business development across the Globe. A expert in handling business operations, Shubham also hones a degree of MBA with specializations in Family Business.
Srinivas Mantri
Technical DirectorHe comes with a rich industrial experience of more than 22 years in Masterbatches. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry along with a Post-Graduation degree in Plastic Technology. He is also earned his MBA specializing in Technical Management.
Over the course of his career in masterbatches, Mr. Srinivas has held leadership positions in Production and Technical services based in Turkey, UAE and India.
Previously Mr. Srinivas held the position of Operations Manager of masterbatches at Tagleef Industries, UAE. Tagleef Industries are world leaders in BOPP film manufacturing.
He has closely worked with packaging sectors especially with BOPP&CPP film manufacturesproviding them tailor-made, costeffective solutions.
